Anybody else a fan of this gore-filled 80's flick? It's great. Has some of the best kills in all of the slasher canon, due to Tom Savini himself providing the effects. Nice, suspenseful slasher movie. The BU disc is very nice, it looks great and has some nice extras on there too.

Oh yeah. It's good. It isn't flawless, there are a couple of slow spots, and the characters could be deeper, but it really makes up for it with great kill and stalk sequences. A good one to check out for sure if you like 80's slasher movies.

Yea Tom Savini also did the special effects for The Burning and directed the special effects sequences. The movie is most notorious for the raft scene.
