I don't know if anyone remembers besides HNT, but I made a video called Ballad of the Iraqi Civilians which HNT gave me the idea for. It was a nice little video, but today I just got an email from the U.S. Army saying that I need to edit my video because Iam in violation of a privacy act. Check it out below. "Dear Sir or Ma'am,
I am sending you this email as an unofficial warning. Your video Ballad of the Iraqi Civilians (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e6YAiAsfSyg) contains imagery and footage that is classified under the privacy Act of 1974 as well as AR 25-1 Classified or restricted information distribution. In order to maintain the operational security, I ask that you edit the video and remove the classified material.
If you have questions or comments please feel free to ask me."

I just found the footage through google man. I just typed in stuff like "Iraqi War" and "Abu Ghraib." I seriously don't see how its violating a privacy act as the pictures were all made public by the news and stuff. If they were classified it's hard to believe I would find them simply through google. It's not even like Im making money off the video either, so I don't know what the they are getting so worked up about. I guess they just have nothing better to do then get mad over a High School kids anti Iraq war video.

Thanx. I think the email was definitely a fake. I emailed them back that same day asking them out the edits and vilations of the video and no one has ever emailed me back.

I got another email from him today saying he would have someone analyze the video so he could send the me the information on what needed to be cut out of the video. I sure hope its fake. lol

It is definitely fake, but with this administration, you should never be asking "what is the worst that they could do..." Uhhh, they could illegally record your bank transactions and phone records and send you to Gitmo without probable cause, refuse to charge you with a crime, beat you and drag you around by a dog leash and make you lie on the bottom of a naked man ass pyramid.
