I am a huge fan of zombie movies. I have three copies of Night, the Night remake, the Ultimate edition of Dawn, the Dawn remake, the Day Divimax, and Land. I also have Lucio Fulci's Zombie/Zombi 2, Return Of The Living Dead, City Of The Living Dead, House By The Cemetary, Dead Heat, Hell Of The Living Dead, Let Sleeping Corpses Lie, Shaun Of The Dead and Kung Fu Zombie.

Nice collection!
I'm a pretty big zombie fan myself. My favorites are Night, Dawn (haven't seen Day yet ), Return of the Living Dead, 28 Days Later, and Shaun of the Dead.
Zombi 2 and Land of the Dead are two other pretty decent zombie flicks I enjoy as well.

Looks like we will get along well. I'am also a huge zombie fan! Yea The Beyond is one of my favorite Fulci films and zombie films in general. Great movie.

The Beyond is a great movie, and is essential zombie viewing. After Romero's holy trilogy I would say that is the best zombie film I've ever seen.
Oh, and general, I see taht you have many versions of NOTLD already, bur you might want to consider picking up a copy of the remake. Im normally hate remakes, but Savini's Night remake is actually a decent film

I would rather be a zombie then get eaten by one, although the initial bite would be painful.

I think I'd rather be the guy who blows his brains out before the zombie can get to him

There's always that scene in zombie movies where someone says they'd rather die than become "one of those THINGS" but personally I think I'd like to see what it was like. I mean, I wouldn't die on purpose or anything, but if I did, I wouldn't want a friend to kill me or anything. Who knows? Maybe it's fun to be a zombie. hehe
Anyway, I'm a big zombie fan too. I have all of Romero's, all of Fulci's, Grau's Let Sleeping Corpses Lie (the best non-Romero imo), and some others as well that I don't feel like listing. To me, the zombie genre is one of the best, if not THE best cult horror subgenre. There are so many possibilities with zombies. You can do anything with 'em, and the movies that have been made are just the tip of the iceberg I think.
My fear is that after this current zombie resurgence ends, we'll not be seeing any more made for a long time, because it's more or less become a fad, and when fads die out, people avoid them like the plague--for years typically, even decades in some cases. I guess we just have to enjoy it while it's still going on, even though we're probably getting to the end of it. The whole zombie fad has actually gone on for longer than I thought it would. Same goes for the whole horror resugence in general.
